All work product produced by Multivak Labs for a client becomes the property of that client upon final payment. We retain the right to display anonymized project summaries in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
Multivak Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services: contact details, project requirements, and communication history. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver your project (e.g., hosting providers).
Any data you share with us is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for your engagement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@multivaklabs.com.
